Proverbs 27:6 Faithful are the wounds of a friend; but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful.
Nothing harms very like a companion revealing to us a hard truth. When we hear hard truth from the correct source, evil desires that are attempting to keep up a hold on our heart rise up in rebellion.
Our gut response is to legitimise our position, to put forth our defence! That happens, yet in our souls we realise that conviction has found us, and that improve is being brought into our lives.
On the other side, none of us appreciate being belittled or accepting false acclaim. That is the kiss of an enemy, and it might even originate from the individuals who call themselves our friends.
Yahwah our Elohim, give us wisdom as we get consolation from others, and as we offer it. Give us the valour to talk truth in love and be our back protect as false positives look to penetrate our lifestyle.
