Proverbs 24:26 Every man shall kiss his lips that giveth a right answer.
An honest answer displays trust and also show genuine concern for the well being of another. It takes courage to be honest, especially when the other person is not willing to hear it. As we come to the decision to speak the truth, we also must remember to do so in love. This is a necessary part of being honest in Christ Jesus.
In every situation there is opportunity to speak the truth, we must be engaged with the Holy Spirit and take His lead on timing and the words to speak, so that the gospel goes forth in all that we do.
