Proverbs 22:15 Foolishness is bound in the heart of a child; but the rod of correction shall drive it far from him.
From birth, we have had to deal with our sin nature. As children, we were foolish in many ways that needed correction. Undisciplined children often become undisciplined adults and being disciplined is a mark of wisdom and love.
Love and mercy is a part of wisdom, because nobody is going to get it right on the first try. Loving parents discipline their children to train their hearts and minds to stand firm against the “ways of the world”.
1 Cor. 1:25, “For the foolishness of God is wiser than human wisdom, and the weakness of God is stronger than human strength.” The only kind of fool that we should be, are fools for Yahshua Ha MASHAYACH "Jesus". A fool for Christ finds true wisdom, and is no fool at all.
