Proverbs 17:9

Proverbs 17:9 He that covereth a transgression seeketh love; but he that repeateth a matter separateth very friends.

Living with forgiveness poised and ready to cover offense is difficult, and some things we’ll never be “ready” to forgive. The forgiveness Jesus “Yahshua” extends to us is the reborn of our forgiveness of others.

As we recognize our hopelessness apart from The Messiah, and realize the magnitude of His sacrifice for us, our hearts become malleable and able to offer forgiveness. If we withhold forgiveness, we damage ourselves and we say to our heavenly Father that His Justice is not enough.

Lord God, let Your Holy Spirit lead us to forgiveness in and through our lives, and the message of the gospel “good news of The Kingdom of Heaven” shine through.

β€œTo the choirmaster. A Psalm of David. I waited patiently for the Lord; he inclined to me and heard my cry. He drew me up from the pit of destruction, out of the miry bog, and set my feet upon a rock, making my steps secure. He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. Many will see and fear, and put their trust in the Lord.” (Psalm 40:1-3 ), ‘Patience’
