Proverbs 12:14 A man shall be satisfied with good by the fruit of his mouth: and the recompence of a man’s hands shall be rendered unto him.
There are times when we downplay the value of words. We’ll say that someone is, “all talk” as if what they say means nothing, because their actions never reflect their words.
The Pharisees came to Yahshua one day to accuse His disciples of eating with dirty hands. Yahshua said, “And he called the multitude, and said unto them, Hear, and understand: Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.” Matthew 15:10-11
This suggests that good fruit can also be produced from the words someone speaks. God our Heavenly Father spoke and there was light, the heavens and the earth, the land and the sea. Let the Holy Spirit lead your speech and your work for the Lord, and watch as Yah produces good fruit in your life.
“The Lord said to Abraham, “Why did Sarah laugh and say, ‘Shall I indeed bear a child, now that I am old?’ Is anything too hard for the Lord? At the appointed time I will return to you, about this time next year, and Sarah shall have a son.” But Sarah denied it, saying, “I did not laugh,” for she was afraid. He said, “No, but you did laugh.”” (Genesis 18:13-15), ‘Life’
