Proverbs 9:10-12

Proverbs 9:10-12 The fear of the Lord is the beginning of wisdom: and the knowledge of the holy is understanding. For by me thy days shall be multiplied, and the years of thy life shall be increased. If thou be wise, thou shalt be wise for thyself: but if thou scornest, thou alone shalt bear it.

Wisdom begins with the fear of the Lord ‘Yahawah’. This is a kind of reverence and/or awe for God ‘Yahawah’. In fearing Yahawah we recognise that our lives should be lived inside of His will, and not outside of it. That realisation also leads us to The Messiah Yahawashi as our Lord and Savior.

1 John 4:17-19 “There is no fear in love. But perfect love drives out fear, because fear has to do with punishment. The one who fears is not made perfect in love. We love because he first loved us.”

In The Messiah our relationship with God The Father is transformed into one based upon love, Yahawashi perfect love for us. The fear of the Lord is always leading us toward a love relationship with The Messiah.

“But the Lord answered her, “Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled about many things, but one thing is necessary. Mary has chosen the good portion, which will not be taken away from her.”” (Luke 10:41-42 ), ‘The Word of God’
