Proverbs 17:15

Proverbs 17:15 He that justifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the just, even they both are abomination to the Lord.

There is something to be said for judging a person or situation rightly. So often though, this is extremely difficult to get right. Very strong language is used to describe how the Lord feels about injustice: that He “detests” ones who acquit the guilty or condemn the innocent.

We should take the seriousness of justice to heart, and always seek heavenly Father when seeking justice or uncovering injustice. After all, it is God who is the source of all wisdom, and with whom final judgment resides. No judge is qualified and righteous like our God.

“Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord.” (Ephesians 6:4), ‘Father’
